2.2. Ayurvedic Device Usage (Surya Shirodhara)

The Surya Shirodhara home device is designed for personal wellness rituals only and is not a medical device.
Users must follow the setup, usage, and maintenance instructions provided with the device.
HerbalYogi recommends consulting a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare professional before beginning a Shirodhara routine, particularly if pre-existing medical conditions are present.
Sessions should be conducted in a safe, supervised environment. HerbalYogi is not liable for injuries resulting from improper setup or use.

2.3. Restrictions

You may not resell, distribute, or commercially exploit HerbalYogi products purchased through our website without prior written consent.
Products must not be used for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable law.

4. Orders & Pricing

4.1. Currency & Pricing

All product prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable to your order at that time.
Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your shipping destination and applicable US state tax laws.
HerbalYogi reserves the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

4.2. Order Placement

An order is considered placed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email.
Order confirmation does not constitute a binding contract of sale until the order has been dispatched.
HerbalYogi reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund in USD will be processed promptly.

4.3. Promotional Offers & Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing are subject to individual terms and validity periods.
Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise specified.
HerbalYogi reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.

4.4. Payment

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed in USD.
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards.
HerbalYogi does not store your payment credentials. If payment fails, please retry or contact your bank.

5. Shipping & Delivery

HerbalYogi ships internationally from our base in Dallas, Texas, USA. Products are sourced from GMP-certified manufacturing facilities in India.

5.1. Air Freight (2–3 Weeks)

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 weeks from date of order confirmation.
Best suited for individual orders, urgent needs, or first-time customers wishing to receive their products promptly.
Real-time air tracking is provided. A tracking number will be shared via email once your shipment is dispatched from Dallas.
Air Freight shipments are available for all product sizes and quantities.
Shipping costs for Air Freight are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

5.2. Ocean Freight (55–60 Days)

Estimated delivery time: 55 to 60 days from date of order confirmation.
Best suited for bulk orders, wholesale purchases, or cost-conscious customers who are planning ahead.
Ocean Freight offers a significantly lower per-unit shipping cost, making it ideal for larger quantity purchases.
Port and vessel tracking information will be provided at dispatch. Please note that ocean freight delivery timelines may be subject to port delays, customs inspection, and seasonal congestion.
Minimum order quantities may apply for Ocean Freight. This will be indicated at checkout.
Customers are advised to plan orders well in advance when selecting Ocean Freight.

5.3. General Shipping Terms

All shipments originate from Dallas, Texas, USA.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. HerbalYogi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, port congestion, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
HerbalYogi manages customs documentation and export compliance on the US side. Import duties, tariffs, or taxes at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
HerbalYogi is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us at contact@herbalyogi.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition within the specified return window.
Opened or used products cannot be returned except in the case of proven manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
All refunds are processed in USD to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of return approval.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
For international returns (from outside the USA), customers are responsible for all return freight costs and customs documentation.

7. Customs & Import Compliance

As HerbalYogi ships internationally from Dallas, Texas, USA, all orders are subject to the customs and import regulations of the destination country. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

HerbalYogi will complete all required US export documentation accurately, including commercial invoices declaring the value of goods in USD.
The customer is responsible for compliance with all import laws, restrictions, and regulations in their destination country.
Import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or any applicable destination-country taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost quoted at checkout.
Certain Ayurvedic herbal products may be subject to import restrictions or special documentation requirements in some countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the products ordered are legally permissible for import in their destination country before placing an order.
HerbalYogi will not be responsible for packages held, seized, or returned by customs authorities. Refunds in such cases are at HerbalYogi’s discretion.

The HerbalYogi name, logo, Surya Shirodhara mark, and all associated brand assets are protected trademarks.

Losses resulting from third-party actions, including payment gateway errors, freight carrier delays, port congestion, or customs holds.
Shipping delays specific to Ocean Freight (55–60 days) or Air Freight (2–3 weeks) caused by factors outside our control.
Any inaccuracies in third-party content linked from our website.
Technical issues, downtime, or data loss related to website operations.

In all cases, HerbalYogi's maximum aggregate liability to any customer shall not exceed the total USD value of the specific order in dispute.

11. Warranties & Representations

HerbalYogi warrants that:

All products are manufactured in GMP-certified facilities and comply with applicable quality and safety standards.
Product descriptions and ingredient lists are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.
We will process and fulfill orders with reasonable care and skill.
Shipping method timelines (Air: 2–3 weeks / Ocean: 55–60 days) represent good-faith estimates based on standard freight conditions.

The website and its content are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis beyond those warranties expressly stated above.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these Terms, your use of the HerbalYogi website, or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, USA.
